Collection
The library collection includes Books, Journals, and Magazines, Audio / Videos and Electronic books. The library also subscribes to some of the popular online databases to support the teaching learning process. The library collection is currently little over 11,000 and growing. The scope of the library collection extends beyond the subjects taught in the ABP viz, English, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computers and includes Information sources that help in the overall development of the students.
The LRC
At the heart of the ABP lies the Learning Resource Center (LRC). This is where students gather to work at computers, meet in small groups to work on cooperative learning projects, or simply sit comfortably and study. The LRC leads via a staircase on one side into the ABP Library, and doors on the other side of the room lead into a mahjlees tent - yet another area popular for group activities or a relaxing read. The English Room, next to the LRC, is where students can find EFL faculty to help them with advice and support about all aspects of English language learning throughout every day, while the same advice and support for other areas of the curriculum is available in the main LRC area. The LRC remains open on Saturdays and late into the evenings to provide ABP students with a constantly available study facility.
The LRC arranges periodic Mini Courses targeting public exams such as IELTS, SATs and ACTs, and is frequently used for meetings, presentations and myriad other student-focused activities.
